BRNS was brought on to this project, taking a general residential floor plan and guest cottage to the next level and manifest a thoughtful and cohesive design concept true to the client's vision. Every part of the project was thoughtfully considered, including an analysis of the site, 3D form, massing studies, exterior material selection, and overall building constructability. BRNS designed each interior space independently with celebrated attention to detail. Day-to-day lifestyle, material durability, overall aesthetics, special occasions, and furniture locations were all thoughtfully reviewed in each room. In addition to custom cabinetry design, one-of-a-kind fixtures and hardware were sourced to inspire and reflect the family's point of view. Intentional themes throughout the home are designed to blend into a distinct, comfortable, and timeless retreat.
